Because COVID-19, appointment protocols:
NO WALK-INS. Appointments are necessary and must be pre-booked.
Online CLIENT REGISTRATION must be completed + submitted at the time of booking if it’s your first time to The Babe Cave and/or with your appointed service provider, or if it’s been more than six (6) months since your last visit.
Clients must STAY HOME when ill, experiencing any COVID-like symptoms, awaiting or in close contact with anyone awaiting COVID test results.
Appointments are staggered and time scheduled before + after each service to reduce traffic and allow us time to clean + disinfect our work stations, tools + common areas/surfaces.
Please come to your appointment ALONE (sorry - no friends/family/fans) + ON TIME. If you arrive early, you must wait in your vehicle or outside (remember to practice social distancing if others are waiting outside), text your service provider to let them know you’ve arrived and you will be contacted when you may enter. If you are late or miss your appointment, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
NO MASK, NO SERVICE. Clients + staff must wear a MASK at all times while in the building, so please remember to bring a mask and have it on prior to entering the building. Refusal to wear a mask will result in cancellation of your appointment and a 50% cancellation fee.
Please follow ALL preparation instructions for your scheduled appointment (i.e. clean lashes/face free of oil + makeup) to ensure sufficient time for your service and the perfect ‘canvas’ for your service.
WHEN YOU GET TO THE BABE CAVE + WHILE YOU’RE HERE:
Our entrance is on the SIDE (left) of the building, NOT the front door — that is Anarchy Studios.
Upon entry clients MUST…
please bring only your ESSENTIAL BELONGINGS (cell phone, glasses + payment card). Please leave any other belongings (extra clothing, food, drinks, etc.) at home or in your vehicle.
SANITIZE HANDS with provided hand sanitizer
REMOVE your outdoor SHOES and put on a pair of our (clean + sanitized) shop slippers.
NO SNACKS or BEVIES. Please make sure you eat and hydrate before your appointment as you will not be able to bring in any food or drinks.
Please refrain from touching any of our retail gifts + products. Should you wish to see or purchase an item, please ask your service provider for assistance.
CARD/CONTACTLESS PAYMENT is PREFERRED. Should you only be able to pay with cash, please provide exact change as we are unable provide change at the moment.
PPE Fee/COVID Surcharge of $5 will be added to each transaction for all services.
These policies are in relation to COVID-19/pandemic precautions. Any other policies, terms or conditions your service provider may have still apply.
Staff protocols:
We will stay home if feeling ill or experiencing any COVID-like symptoms.
We’ve staggered our appointments and have allotted time before + after each service to reduce traffic and to clean + sanitize our work stations, treatment rooms, tools, common areas and frequently touched surfaces.
All service providers must change out of our outer footwear + clothes upon entering the shop.
Service providers must wear gloves + masks for each service, along with additional protective equipment for us + for you (scrubs/smocks/aprons, hair nets, goggles, sleeve covers, etc.) for longer + closer-contact services such as lashes + makeup.
We are washing + sanitizing our hands before + after each service.
We’re also washing + sanitizing our hands before + after cleaning and sanitizing our work space, equipment, instruments and other work related materials, after going to the washroom, prior to preparing food or eating, upon entering and before leaving the building.
Booking your appointments:
Each service provider is independent and has their own booking and payment system in place. When booking thru our website, you will be automatically redirected to your service provider(s)’ booking system - whether it be by email or online booking platform.
