THE LASH ROOM : service, Booking, Cancellation + eGift Card Policies
A credit card authorization is required to secure your appointment. After requesting a booking online, you will receive two (2) separate emails - one to confirm we’ve received your booking request, and the other to complete and submit your credit card authorization securely online. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24-hours notice by call or text to 204-227-7897. Same-day cancellations (within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment), coming 15 minutes or more late or "*No Shows", will be subject to 50% of your service charged to your credit card. (*No-show cancellations = not showing up for your appointment with no notice)
FIRST TIME GUESTS: Please complete + submit CLIENT REGISTRATION FORM for the service booked - Lashes + Brows AND/OR Hands|Feet|Gel Nails.
GROUPON VOUCHER HOLDERS: Appointment required. Voucher number/redemption code must be provided at time of booking. Vouchers may used by FIRST TIME GUESTS ONLY. If you’ve purchased a Groupon and have seen Janis/The Lash Room before, please ask Groupon for a refund. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Limit 1 per customer. Additional 1 may be gifted. Your Groupon voucher IS your deposit to secure your appointment. The promotional offer and value becomes VOID and NON-REFUNDABLE in the case of same-day and/or late/"no-show" cancellations.
EXPIRED GROUPON HOLDERS: The dollar value DOES NOT EXPIRE, and may be used towards a regular priced service. Cancellation policy applies. The dollar value of your expired Groupon becomes your deposit to secure your appointment.
PAYMENT INFORMATION: Card / Contactless payment preferred.
THE LASH ROOM eGIFT CARD TERMS + CONDITIONS: Redeemable for goods + services with Janis at The Lash Room, located inside The Babe Cave in Winnipeg, MB. Non-refundable. Cannot be exchanged for cash. Unredeemed value will remain on the eGift card. The Lash Room is not responsible for lost or stolen eGift cards. eGift card is not a credit card, therefore cannot be used to secure your appointment - a credit card will still be required at time of booking secure your appointment. Appointment necessary for services.

LASH SERVICE PREP. Please come to your appointment with clean lashes free of makeup and oils - thoroughly cleanse your lashes the day before and the day of your appointment with an oil-free cleanser. DO NOT curl your lashes the night before or the day of your appointment. DO NOT apply any oils or serums on your lashes or eye area the night before and the day of your appointment. DO NOT wear mascara or strip lashes the night before and the day of your appointment. If you wear contact lenses, please remove them before coming to your appointment (you may put them in after your lash service).
